The mobile and floating homes offered are manufactured in Ajka. Production follows the requirements of MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015. NGN Mobilhaus supports customers from choosing the right model and equipment through to coordinating transport and installation.

Interior and exterior walls, roof, standard doors and windows and finished floor. Electrical and water installation are not included at this level.

Additionally includes standard electrical and water installation plus an equipped bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower and boiler.

Living and kitchen furniture, sleeping areas, bathroom, appliances and inverter cooling/heating air conditioning. Equipment varies depending on home size.

What to consider before installation

Production

Die Productionszeit für Mobilhäuser beträgt in der Regel etwa 3–4 Monate. Der konkrete Termin hängt von Version, Kundenanforderungen und Produktionskapazität ab.

Site

A level surface and prepared water, electricity and wastewater connections are required. Concrete blocks or a suitable base must be provided under the prepared feet.

On-site movement

A tractor or forklift should be available on site for manoeuvring. Floating homes may additionally require a crane or other machinery.

Transport

Transport costs are calculated based on the exact delivery address. For 4 m wide homes, escort vehicles and additional permit fees may apply.
